It means stepping in as an active convener, learner, and advocate committed to shaping workplaces where fairness, respect, and belonging are non-negotiable.

Level 1
Become a Member
Members are those who have taken the first step by committing to our mission and staying connected through our community updates.
What this looks like

Level 2
Become a Contributor
Contributors are those who actively participate in Leadership Inclusive’s programming. They show up to circles, events, and discussions and add their voice and insight to our collective growth.
Ways you might engage
✓ Attend Leadership Inclusive events and gatherings
✓ Contribute to the discussion – whether in circles, group dialogues, or by sharing your perspective through writing or social media
✓ Join a Reflective Listening Circle
✓ Serve as a panelist or speaker in Leadership Inclusive programming
✓ Volunteer with a community or partner organization
Level 3
Become a Champion
Champions are those who make an impact through their spheres of influence. They take action by mentoring others, leading initiatives, and opening doors that help Leadership Inclusive programs and partnerships thrive.
Ways you might engage
✓ Mentor emerging or collegiate leaders in inclusive leadership
✓ Lead or co-create initiatives that strengthen Leadership Inclusive programming
✓ Offer space, resources, or contacts to expand Leadership Inclusive’s reach and effectiveness

✓ Advance inclusive leadership at a board or governance level
Each year, we celebrate Members whose engagement has distinguished them as Contributors or Champions.
