About Our Co-Founder and Executive Director:
Robert Lawrence Wilson is a nationally recognized consultant, speaker, educator, and thought leader on workplace culture, inclusive leadership, and community transformation. As co-founder of Culture Shift Team (CST), Robert empowers organizations across corporate, nonprofit, government, and higher education sectors to build more inclusive, innovative, and high-performing environments.
With over 15 years of experience in inclusive leadership development, multicultural marketing, and customer experience strategy, Robert has served in executive roles at Nissan North America, including as their first Diversity and Inclusion executive and Director of Customer Experience. His strategic leadership has helped organizations cultivate trust, drive innovation, and achieve sustainable growth through diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Robert is also the host of the “Speak Up for Equity” podcast, where he engages influential leaders in transformative conversations around building equitable communities and workplaces.
He brings an actionable, storytelling-driven approach to his talks, offering audiences fresh perspectives, tangible tools, and a roadmap to meaningful change.
