Leadership Inclusive began with a simple but powerful idea: create a gathering place for people who care deeply about making workplaces more inclusive and equitable.<\/strong> In September 2011, a handful of professionals from some of Nashville\u2019s top companies came together to share ideas, build relationships, and support one another. What started as an informal circle of passionate peers quickly grew as word spread \u2013 proof of just how much our community was hungry for this kind of connection and shared purpose.<\/p>\n By April 2012, the group formalized its efforts and became the Tennessee Diversity Consortium (TDC), providing a structured space for collaboration, shared learning, and leadership development. For over a decade, the TDC served as a trusted network for professionals across the region.<\/strong><\/p>\n Now, in 2025, the TDC is entering a new chapter as Leadership Inclusive.<\/strong> After incorporating as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2024, we are stepping into this next phase with fresh energy and a broader vision \u2013 expanding our reach and introducing new programs.
